Unlimited Plans Conditions:
  • Staff assisted install comprises of the cunfiguration or Dial-up Networking, Internet Explorer, Outlook or Outlook Express and does not cover the installation of hardware eg: Modems, ISDN Routers etc.
     
  • The Standard $9.95 plan is a volume billed product with a download limit of 150Mb (Megabytes) per month. Customers who exceed this 150Mb limit in any month will be charged for additional megabytes at $0.15c per megabyte.
     
  • Any unused portion of the megabytes included in the monthly fee for the Standard $9.95 plan does not roll over into the following month.
     
  • Only one connect per login at a time is permitted.
     
  • Running any public access servers/services providing any public information from a computer connected via this plan is strictly prohibited.
     
  • This plan is not designed as a continuous connection as a 4 hour session limit applies to the Unlimited $19.95 Plan and a 10 hour session limit applies to the Unlimited $39.95 plan.
     
  • Customers will be disconnected after 60 minutes of idle time, regardless of which network they are accessing.
     
  • In peak periods, modems may not always be available.
     
  • Normal telecommunication call charges apply. Customers with 56k (V90) modems should be able to connect speeds greater than 33.6kbps depending on their line conditions.

    NOTE: Internet Express reserves the right to change or withdraw any plan at any time. Customers will be given one month's notice of withdrawal or any changes to plan.
     

All customers anniversary date is the 1st of each month with electronic tax invoices sent out on the first business day of each month, If you joined on the 15th of the month you will be billed on the 1st of the following month for the pro rata use of the previous month and you next months fee.

Personal web space can be upgraded to 2mb for an extra $13.20/month.

Login/Email Change

Changes of login name or email address requires the old account to be closed and an new account to be created which is subject to the standard account creation fee. Any credit or unused hours is not transferable.

$4.40/Month Additional email account (up to 5 additional). More then 5 is charged at $2.20 per account, per month.

No account supports more then one concurrent dial-in connection with the same username. If you attempt to dial in concurrently, both connections will be terminated and you will be required to re-dial in. If this happens more then 3 times within one day, the account will be locked and you will be required to call Internet Express to have your account unlocked.
