Joining Internet Express

If you wish to join up with Internet Express there is a copy of the Application form available online. This form also includes a copy of the Terms and Conditions. The application forms are available in two file formats - MS Word Doc Format, and Adobe Acrobat PDF Format. For best results use the Acrobat version as the MS Word versions require you to have the correct fonts installed on your system.

The appropriate form must be printed out and filled in fully. Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions of User Access (found below and also included with home and business application forms).

If you do not have access to a printer, call Internet Express to arrange for a copy of the application form to be sent to you.

Note: Applications can not be accepted via the internet. You must either fax, post or deliver the application in person for it to be processed.

There are terms and conditions for you, the user to access the internet through Internet Express.

Payment Terms and Conditions

All account are 7 Days terms from date of invoice which is electronically emailed to you on the first business day of each month.

Casual Account Users will be invoiced at the beginning of each month for the previous month usage.

Standard Account Users will be invoiced at the beginning of each month for their monthly access in advance as well any excess charge incurred in the previous month.

Those customers wishing to pay by cash or cheque are required to initially pay 3 months in advance and to then pay monthly.

Anniversary date is the 1st day of each month with invoices sent out on the first business day of each month. If you joined on the 15th you will be billed on the 1st of the following month which will comprise of a pro rata of the previous month and your next months access fee.
