Multiple Account Setup for Outlook Express
Before you start: This guide will show you how to setup multiple e-mail accounts in Outlook Express on a single computer.
If you only have one Internet Express e-mail account or you need to setup accounts on multiple computers, please follow one of the following links:

* To setup accounts on multiple computers just repeat the process on each computer.
You should only proceed if you want to have more than one e-mail address on the single machine.

Setup multiple Internet Express accounts on a single machine.
Setup multiple different e-mail accounts on a single machine.
Setting up multiple Internet Express accounts:
You should proceed with this guide only if the following applies to you:
All the e-mail accounts you're setting up are Internet Express accounts. "@ix.net.au"
and
You do not use any other provider for your e-mails (i.e. Bigpond).
Now, to setup your mail quickly and easily download and run this file:
"ixemail.exe" (284K) Roughly 2-3 min on Dial-Up connection.
The file you download should look something like the icon shown below.
Once downloaded, run the program by double clicking on the file. When you've done that you should eventually be presented with a screen asking for your account details. Enter your account information into the appropriate fields and if all goes well, the program will look similar to the one that I prepared earlier.
-EXAMPLE ACCOUNT INFORMATION-
Click the "OK" button, this should bring up a status box as displayed in the image below.
If the window in the following picture appears, please read (and follow) the instructions supplied below the image.

Instructions
For the first account created, click "No". Every account created afterwards click "Yes".

Repeat the above process until the last account is created.
Now you're done!
Setting up multiple different e-mail accounts:
You should proceed with this guide only if the following applies to you:
You are setting up at least one Internet Express account. "@ix.net.au"
and
You currently have setup in Outlook Express another e-mail address (i.e. Bigpond).
Now, to setup your mail quickly and easily download and run this file:

Instructions
When creating your Internet Express accounts, click "Yes" until all Internet Express account have been created.

Repeat the above process until you've created all your Internet Express accounts.
At the end of creating each e-mail account you'll be presented with this confirmation.
Important: Now you will need to remove your old Internet Express accounts from Outlook Express, to do this please follow our "manual step by step guide for Outlook Express".
